Wireframe Hats How-to

I have made and have several patterns that use the old technique of making a wire frame as a structure for fabric covered hats. Wireframe hats are lighter that hats made with wired buckram or stiffened straw. They can almost be as light as drawn bonnets which have cane or reed as the structural elements.
